About Us

1st Tiddington Scout Group was formed in 1956 after a meeting of interested parents. The initial meeting place was the hall at the back of the then Methodist Church on the Main Street (later to become St Joseph’s Chapel Catholic Church).

We are an open Scout Group – An Open Scout Group has no formal relationship with any other organisation and has a policy of unrestricted recruitment. We are members of the Stratford upon Avon District, as part of Warwickshire County, within the UK Scouting community.

Our Sections & Meeting Times

Squirrels:

Our Squirrels Drey meets on Monday evenings in term time, 16:30hrs to 17:30hrs; opening on February 23rd 2026.

Beavers:

Our “Moon” Colony meets on Thursday evenings in term time, 17:30hrs to 18:45 hrs.

Cubs:

Our “Wilderness” Pack meets on Tuesday evenings in term time, 18:00hrs to 19:30hrs.

Our “Jungle” Pack meets on Wednesday evenings in term time, 18:00hrs to 19:30hrs

Scouts:

Our Scout Troop meets on Thursday evenings in term time, 19:00hrs to 20:30hrs.
